What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit and debit cards and also Paypal, Apple Pay and Google Pay
Where do you ship from?
All orders are sent from the UK
How often do you dispatch orders?
All orders are sent within 1 working day
How long will my order take to arrive?
UK orders will usually arrive within 3 business days, sorry we’re not Amazon Prime…yet!
International orders generally take 5-7 business days but we’ll share a tracking number for you to keep an eye on!
Where do you ship?
We ship globally and we’re working on being able to ship to Mars!
Are you items customisable?
Yes, depending on the item and volume you require, we can add custom embroidery or print to most of our range.
Do you offer trade discounts?

Is your clothing ethically sourced?
YES! We use 100% organic cotton and our factories are ISO 9001 compliant
What is your returns policy?
Changed your mind? You can return anything you’re not happy with within 14 days of receiving it. Get in touch GO@stndbyworld.com and we’ll help make the process smooth.
Are returns free?
It depends on the reason for return, if it’s our fault, we’ll take care of the return shipping.
